高雄市一對呂姓夫妻前年委託謝姓堂嫂當保母，照顧他們2個月大的兒子，沒想到謝女卻以呂童不喝奶為由，將呂童雙手拉扯到頭頂硬拗，導致呂童雙臂骨折，雖經過治療後目前已能正常活動，但心理已留下陰影，而謝女被法院判刑10個月徒刑及賠償130萬元，去年11月出獄後卻避不見面破盤，逃避賠償問題，令家屬相當生氣，呼籲她快點出面協商。

2013年，呂姓夫妻請謝女幫忙照顧兒子，沒想到才照顧10多天，謝女就因呂童不喝奶，將他的雙側上臂及左肩胛骨拗到骨折，謝女因此被判刑10個月徒刑及賠償130萬元，去年11月謝女服刑期滿出獄，沒想到避不見面，也不願處理賠償問題。

呂妻表示，因大女兒曾給謝女照顧過，覺得照顧得很好，才會繼續委託她照顧兒子，沒想到卻發生虐待事件，目前兒子經過2次手術，左手復原良好，但右手關節明顯歪曲，不僅要每年回診，還可能留下無力、長短手等後遺症，孩子的心理也留下嚴重創傷。

而呂童的阿嬤則說，謝女的丈夫是國內知名科技公司主管，家中經濟狀況不差，卻故意逃避賠償，出獄後家裡電話不接，手機號碼也是空號，實在很可惡。呂童的下殺家人希望謝女盡速出面協商，履行責任。

南韓總統朴槿惠遭國會彈劾，在野黨民主黨前黨魁文在寅，宣布將參選可能提早改選的總統大選，今(31)日跨年夜，他引用成語「再造河山」，表達他在2017年丁酉新歲的新年願景。

據韓媒報導，文在寅在總統候選人中呼聲最高，被譽為臥龍，對他相當推崇。他今日表示韓國正面臨國難，全國上下瀰漫著衰敗的氣息，若不能重新讓國家振作，他萬死難辭。

他引用朝鮮王朝名將李舜臣，寫給柳成龍將軍的信中提到的辭彙「再造河山」，表示要破除猶如廢墟般的韓國，重新建立興盛的國家。文在寅曾是國會議員，2012年角逐總統大選失利敗給朴槿惠，如今朴槿惠因醜聞案遭彈劾讓他東山再起。

民調顯示，文在寅在目前可能參加明年總統大選的候選人中，支持率最高，被譽為臥龍。其次是聯合國秘書長潘基文，然後是京畿道城南市長李在明。

潘基文在聯合國祕書長任期最後一日表示，他很榮幸擔任聯合國秘書長一職，期間致力減少全球戰爭與苦難，他並感謝在聯合國一起工作的同袍。
